James B. Arnold (Jim) An accomplished, creative business executive with a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry, as well as technology and telecommunications. Jim was Executive Vice President, Operations and Sales at XPO Logistics 
Supply Chain for nearly four years where he was responsible for leading all activities related to multiple vertical segments including Food & Beverage, Chemical, Industrial, Agribusiness, Public Warehousing, and packaging.  

Before joining XPO Logistics, Jim spent nearly nine years as Senior Vice President and CFO with CMA CGM (America), the North American subsidiary of the third largest worldwide shipping group. He was responsible for finance and accounting, information technology, and process engineering. He also led the customer care organization supporting CMA CGM’s US Lines subsidiary and operations oversight of CMA CGM Logistics USA, a startup 3PL.

Prior to CMA CGM (America), Jim held leadership positions with Americold Logistics, AT&T, Cable & Wireless and two start-up ventures. 

He has expertise in private start-up, venture backed, and public companies.  Jim builds efficient, effective and motivated teams and is highly skilled in logistics operations, merger & acquisition due diligence and integration, profitability improvement, business development, organizational development, and strategic and financial planning.  Jim received a dual major Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Miami University – Farmer School of Business and a Master’s degree focused in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School
